— The Eagles on Monday moved quarterback Carson Wentza to the team’s active roster and placed receiver Jamison Crowder on injured reserve, the team announced.
Both players were injured on Sunday, and Wentz was limited during practice with a foot injury.
Wentz will be evaluated on a limited basis by team doctors, the Eagles said in a release.
The team did not identify the injury.
Crowder, who is from the Philadelphia area, had been limited to limited work with the team over the past several weeks because of a shoulder injury.
The rookie out of South Carolina has had to overcome a hamstring injury and shoulder sprain in his career, and was inactive in a Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions.
Crowner was targeted just three times in the preseason, but scored on a 3-yard touchdown in the first quarter of the preseason opener against the New York Jets.
Crowdie, who had nine catches for 89 yards in 13 games as a rookie, has not played a full preseason game.
He also missed a Week 2 game with a knee injury.
